We are a private independent counselling service providing in-person confidential counselling support to adults and teenagers for a wide range of anxiety related issues.
At Waterford Anxiety Counselling, we specialise in treating anxiety and use an integrative whole person mind and body therapeutic approach. Guided by person centred therapist qualities and self compassion, we use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution focused therapies underpinned by psychodynamic theory to provide an individual tailored therapy experience.
At Waterford Anxiety Counselling, we are fully qualified and accredited therapists with the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland (APCP).
